The F2F flagship product is a fully documented end-to-end baseline Child Welfare/Human Service delivery process model. The model has a full set of baseline forms with data definitions including the Federal required AFCARS, NCANDS and NYTD. Additionally there are separate Process Models for both Resource and Provider Management.
